Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Second-hand or vintage items may show signs of wear and are sold as described

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards

  • Certain second-hand items (if stated on the product page)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
